In 1982, the manufacturing facility of Rearick Tooling Inc. began specializing in Machining and Grinding. We have strived from the very beginning to give our customers the very best quality in components for the Tool & Die industry. Today, we continue to provide replacement tooling components by utilizing equipment such as CNC Machining, Conventional EDM, Wire EDM, Jig Grinding, Cylindrical Grinding and CNC & Manual Surface Grinding. By continuing to add to our capabilities, we try to meet all of the customer's changing needs. Over the years, we have trained our employees to be multi-faceted in the operation of different types of machinery to better address the ever changing work environment. Our employees take great pride in what they do and it shows in the quality of workmanship. The operation as a whole is accustomed to quick delivery, sometimes getting a part to the customer in as little as 24 hours.
In 1995, JIT Global Enterprises was formed to house the stamping production. In September of 2001, Rearick Tooling Inc. purchased the prototyping division of Baltec Corporation in Canonsburg. This allowed us to further expand our capabilities to produce prototype parts for many ranges of application. Combining this with our other in-house capabilities including, machining, grinding, die design, stamping production, and laser cutting, allows us to be your One-Stop Shop for all your metal forming needs. We can help you through your project from beginning to end.
Our die design capabilities are achieved using AutoCAD 2006, Solid Works 2005 and 3D Modeling. Stamping accomplishes short run stampings, bending and forming by using Baltec PWS machines and a Trumpf 190. Prototyping production uses a range of presses including the 40-ton & 60-ton Bruderers and 100-ton Minister. Laser production uses our Mitsubishi Model #3718LVPlus40CFX laser (6' X 12' 4000watt) that was just added to our capabilities in 2005!
