JIT Global Enterprises has the ability to perform virtually any welding process your project may require. Quantities from one piece to thousands of parts are no problem for us. We use the latest equipment to stay up-to-date with the most current technologies.

We use Lincoln Electric’s Waveform Control Technology^TM. The use of this process enables the welding department to be more adaptive to your welding needs, with increased weld quality, and productivity.

Like our machining, laser, prototyping, grinding, stamping, die design and quality departments, our welding department prides itself on quick turnaround and quality.

· PROCESSES

A wide variety of ferrous or non-ferrous materials can be joined using the welding processes employed by us, such as Shielded Metal Arc Welding (S.M.A.W.), Gas Metal Arc Welding (G.M.A.W.), Flux Cored Arc Welding (F.C.A.W.), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (G.T.A.W.), Resistance Welding, as well as Gas Welding/Brazing, and Soldering.

· FILLER METALS

The wide variety of materials that we work with requires our welders to utilize the proper filler metals. Regardless of the base metal, you can be assured that only the best filler will be used to match the material being joined.

· SHIELDING GAS

As with our filler metals selection we also keep a wide variety of shielding gases on hand, as well as specialty rods. This inventory allows for quick order turnaround without sacrificing quality.

In an effort to continue to be the best, we are currently adding an 8750 square foot addition to the facility, part of which will house a robotic welding cell. This cell will enable us to efficiently take on large production runs, maintaining consistent quality.
