We an hanlde machining complex parts of all types and materials (soft or hardened) using Maza k Integrex 200-2Y (5-axis), Mazak FJV-200 with 12,000 RPM spindle, Mazak Nexus 410A-HS with 15,000 liquid cooled spindle/ball screws and Mazak VTC20C with 65" (X) x 20" (Y) x 20" (Z). 2D programming done at machines using Mazak Fusion Controls and 3D programming done offline using GIBBS CAM.
